Nye-Tef PTFE Composite Electroless Nickel for Corrosion Resistance
Nye-Tef™ is a co-deposit of electroless nickel and PTFE particles. In order to optimize the process in a corrosive environment, our standard procedure is provide an underlay of Kanigen® or Nye-Kote™ electroless nickel prior to the Nye-Tef™ co deposit. In most cases we will provide a 50/50 deposit of each coating. This ratio can be adjusted to suit the requirements of the end user.
