Electro-Coatings Remanufactures Liners of all models. We
will overhaul your liners, or sell you stock liners on an
exchange or outright basis. Our exclusive overhaul process
includes the following key step:
Eight step processing to meet or exceed your specifications:
- Step one: All liners are qualified for re-manufacturing
by water testing, cylinder height and visual inspection
- Step two: Cylinder is then pre-ground for chrome
- Step three: Industrial Hard Chrome Plated
- Step four: Finish hone to customer specification
- Step five: Pull all studs and repair pilots as required
- Step six: Re-machine face, grommet holes and re-install
studs
- Step seven: Re-place water deflectors
- Step eight: Full 100% inspection of all dimensions
