Nye-Carb™ with silicon carbide particles.
Wear Resistance Improvements
Depending on your application one of these coatings might improve lubricity or wear resistance. Instead of changing the entire substrate to a higher costly material you can apply one of our electroless nickel composite coating to the substrate to achieve the desired properties. With wet lubricants that you need to containually be re-apply durning the operation and can also collect damaging particles such as dirt, sand, ect... ultimately destorying your substrate. An electroless nickel composite coating can cut your over all production cost by allowing you to chose a more cost effective material, vastly increase wear resistance that attinable with the base material.
